Anyone here into fitness? Working out is so good for us. I always feel so much better physically and healthier after I workout.

What is your workout routine like? Here is mine:

Mondays/Thursdays - Back, arms, chest
Tuesdays/Fridays - Legs, abs, shoulders

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays I do Yoga and I also run for 30 mins to an hour every day.

yep me!!

try to go every second day to gym depends my week ..

i do pilates, fitness program, some weight arms and back 
after every program i run about 15 min -30 min

Sad to say I don't do much workout, though that has been on my list for a long period of time. I simply do brisk-walking for 110-15 minutes daily and that's it. Hopefully, I can do more than that in the coming days.

I literally don't do anything. Sad I'm too lazy and I can't figure out what to do that will help me get a flat tummy, so I gave up. xD
