Looking for Moderators, position available

With the recent resigned of an moderator there is now an open spot and possibly two if it's an high demand. I am looking for a mid to range experienced forum moderator to manage an gaming community forum and to post articles/reviews. The reasons why I have decided to hire because I'm finding it hard to find any time to manage my community  because I'm currently in the progress of moving away from Australia and living permitting in United Kingdom.

Moderator: A forum moderator’s role is to make all the users feel welcome, encourage interaction between members and delete or move inappropriate posts and threads.
Promotion/Marketing: Simple role for taken on the Social Media side for advertising the community, encourage and get involved with the members and make it grow.  

Specifications I am looking for joining the team,
Being active and posting daily, a minimal amount. (5 posts)
Adding a link to the forum, in any signature of any forum you are a member of. (Helps with advertising, and potentially getting members quickly)
Must be able to identify spam, and to properly deal with it. Also, must be able to be friendly to regular members of the forum.
Must be able to be sensible when giving out reminders and warnings.
Have knowledge on IPB software, also know how to deal with members
