Themes

It seems the tendency is for people to go with free themes, especially if you don't have the $$$ for a paid one. What do you tend to use? Why?

Do you use free ones cause you don't have the money or do you find free themes that you are allowed to modify? If you use paid themes, why do you do that? What benefits do you find when you pay for a theme?

I pick a free theme I like and customize it as much as I can. Very Happy

I usually like to have a theme that noone else uses, that's why I modify them.
I cannot make one from scratch due to my lack of tech knowledge. T.T I have some guys helping me with code related things, but since they're volunteers I cannot expect the impossible from them to do all my wishes and desires for free. Smile

So yeah, that's how it goes for me.

There are some themes that you can modify. That really depends on the person that create the theme to begin with. Some will allow modifications and some won't.

I think seeing those free themes that people are able to customize and customize well are some of the best I've seen sometimes.

I like when a forum has a personal touch to it and doesn't look like just another forum.
